15-Goals

Do I have the right to live, do I have the right to say, do I have the right to be a human a person in this world? Why do we exist in this world when this world is filled with sins? Why were we born if we are just here to work hard and gain money that cant be succeed after death? Now I would like to talk about my belief through God, what I was made for, what I was sent for.

I am not saying that I am an angel that came down from heaven, nether am I a devil that came from hell. I am standing here, or maybe lying here in this world because I came here with a goal. A goal that my God my father gave to fulfill while I am still in this world. And as long as I don't succeed in the goal that he sent me here I won't be able to die peacefully.

How do you think we were created in this world of ours? There are people say that we were moneys long time ago, but in the book of Genesis in the bible it said that God created men by his own image.
We are not made the same, we are different in both body and characteristics.

What is your goal living in this world? Have you ever imagine the world you will be after you die? In the bible there was this kind of story; these is a wise man that has wealth and riches, big house fulfilled dreams and also a tomb to bury him. Then there come a woman asking him this, "Then what have you prepared after life?" If you were this man what would you say? What is your goal that you can succeed after life?

You know in most of the story of the bible they are telling about the things that you will do to be saved, the things that you will do after death. Whatever you have achieved, even you have a high position in this world you wont be able to bring it with you after life. I remember in my bible studies there was a person who said that bible stands for:
B-basic
I-instructions
B-before
L-leaving
E-earth

  My goal in my life is to tell those that I met my whole life, the friends and families about my belief of God and the truth that sent me free. And I have the right to be a person for God our creator has created me with his own image and character to make me a fisher of men.

14-Anti-Smoking

What will you do to not smoke? But before I'll answer that question, I would like to ask you if you are smoking or not? If you are then that's fine I would like you to read this until the end and I would like you to stop what your doing, and even you are not doing I would like you to read this till the end and spread to others that it is best to not smoke.

First of all, what can the cigarette do to our body, or shall I ask why do you smoke? If you look it with a positive view then the answer below might be one of it:
1- You can forget the problems
2- You will have a peace-time/freedom
3- Smoking lets you look like an adult
4- You can have courage

BUT let me tell you this, those reasons are just running from reality. There is no SUCCESS without facing the problem. Let me show you the hidden reality in those 4 positive reasons.
1- It just mean that you don't have any strength to think by yourself
2- The freedom last only for seconds, not only that but it also worsen your body
3- The adults that you see are adults that didn't accept the fails that had happen to them.
4- just like no.1 you are finding a way to run from the problem
 As you may know all of the reasons goes back to the fact that you are running away from reality.

Why do we deny smoking? The answer is simple, its because it will just ruin your body. Not just physically but also mentally. As you suck the smoke in your body, your lungs will get darker and darker. Not only will it worsen your lungs but it will spread through out your body. Your brain will shrink, your teeth will fall off one by one, some parts of your body won't move as you want them to.

You know there are tons of reasons for not smoking, but then there are still people who will say they will smoke. Then let me ask you this question, why do you smoke? What is the reason that you started smoking? What is the most simplest term of what you are thinking right now? Don't know.. then let me tell you then..it's Afraid.

You are afraid that you will change, you can't stand it anymore. Its just simply that you gave up, you don't know anyway else, don't know how to change. Now lets go back to the first question, what will you do to not smoke? I myself am not smoking so I do not know how hard this will be for those that will try to not smoke. First count the cigarette you have smoked last/this week. Lets say for example you have smoked 20 times this week. To start not smoking lets try putting it in a bigger case that has a lock that is hard to open, simple so that you would have a hard time opening it all the time. Then lets try replacing it with a sports or hobby(not smoking) so that you wouldn't have to think about the problems that you are facing right now. Then lets try putting it next to the snacks or fruits. This is so that even your mouth feels not comfortable without something in it, you can instead eat a fruit. If none of these works then the last move, Put a picture on top of the case of the cigarette. This is not only a ordinary picture, this is a picture of someone that you love. try also adding some words in it, for example; Don't give up. It will be more effective if those words are written from the person you love.

13-RELAX

Everybody feels stress and pressure. Some may have overcome but there are some people that can't release their stress. In some cases there are people who actually dies from it. This is why releasing or relaxing is necessary.
  
But what make you relax, how can you release your stress and pressure? Do you shout out loud all of your problems, or do you just hit it to something/someone? or are you a person that thinks more deeply and solves the problem?


 Most of the time I listen to music that I like so that I would forget about what is happening, music doesn't only have the beat that can make you dance and feel good, but for me it gives me different ways to think. It helps me when I study. The songs that I usually listen are heavy metal and a fast beat song. My parents always says that, "You won't be able to focus when you are listening to music." But I deny that, Everybody has their own ways to focus. Just as a person who likes tomato cannot say to one that has allergy that it is good, One cannot say others way of focusing to something.

I also go to gyms to release all the rest of my stress that are left even I sing songs. The first thing that I  would do is to run for 15 minutes with not slowing down the phase but rather increase the speed every 1 minute. After running, I would do the barbell until my arms won't raise up anymore. Afterwards I would do the running again but this time, the speed at the maximum and don't change the speed for 15 minutes.

You think this is too much? Well for me this is for the lack of my exercise comparing to the time when I was still in Japan. I remember that we would run the whole school for 30 minutes and after that we would do many kinds of training( Well some might say this is still loose). Back then I was just having fun playing with my friends even though I hate the practice. But now I just missed the hard work that we have done.    

And this is the best part that can release the stress and make me relax, swimming. Not just swimming front and back high and low makes me relax. But the water touching my body lets me free. Do you know this feeling? Feels like your just dipping your body in water but you will feel like its wrapping you body with nature all around you. I fell like the water takes all of your burden and gives you a light body. Not only that, but as you go under the water, you will only see a world of open sky with no sound and destruction. This is the ultimate thing for me to relax. From a body that burned up, to a body that release all of the heat. Some say that this is dangerous, but for me this is the only way that can make me relax and gain back my full strength for the next day.

12-What makes someone a hero?

 Heroes. When you hear this word, what will you imagine of? Well I think you will imagine heroes like
super-man, bat-man, spider-man, and so on. But the heroes that I want to talk about are not these heroes. I want to ask you the heroes that made a change to our life, people who fought for us. For example; In the Philippines we have heroes like Jose Rizal, Lapu Lapu. In Japan we have people like Oda Nobunaga, Sakamoto Ryoma, Matsuo Bashou, and so on.These are the heroes that had a successful life and are remembered through out the centuries.

To tell you the truth, I don't know that much of the heroes that have fought for us. Rather say that I don't have any interest of those from the past. I do hear the names of heroes that fought for us for our freedom.
But what does it take to be a hero? As our topic for today as, "What makes someone a hero" I would always think that heroes today are those that can make an impact in others lives are called heroes.Even though one says that he isn't a hero, if even one person in this world says that he is a model, a hero in his/her life, then that person is surely a hero.

I remember my father telling me a story of a one young soldier. The story was like this, the young soldier new freshman graduated from the military school and joined the national army. He had no talent, no skills and no faith and vow to the country. And after half a year he was sent to the front line. War. The young soldier was filled with frighten of death. Of both killing someone and being killed. Day by day, minute by minute, his comrades falling down to the dust one by one. Not even a single minute, the soldier wasn't able to sleep or relax. And finally it only become him and his commander. As the bullets running by the air, hitting to the walls and trees near the soldier, the young soldier started to cry. Then the commander noticing him getting over-come from the fear of death, his commander said this words to the soldier, "Don't cry there like a baby, as long as you cry and get over whelmed you are admitting that you are going to die. Remember soldier, if you die here than that means that you are killing 1 thousand people. We are not here to die, we are here to protect our people and their lives are on our back." The soldier stop crying and started shooting back. And not for so long, reign forcement came. Both the commander and the soldier were able to come back alive. And the young soldier became a lieutenant and continue saving people and his country.

 What can we learn from this story? First of all is that this man became a hero, and this man has a hero of his life. And a hero comes with a change in life. A hero is one that can give a change to others. And I would say that you can be a hero. Even you don't have a big talent or skills, as you can change someone in their life, you are a hero.

So are you a hero? What have you accomplished? I can be a hero, and so as you. I am challenging you to change. Just as the image of the Fish and the bowl. Will to take the challenge?
